Team Germany is the 2010 European Champion as they defeated Team France 26-10. The Germans had 434 yards in offense as compared to France's 148. The lead was 12-3 at halftime. Much of the damage was done in the air as German quarterback Dennis Zimmerman threw for 331 yards and 3 touchdowns. Wide receiver Dominic Hasselmann had 8 catches for 95 yards. Running back Danny Washington ran for 100 yards, mainly out of the Wildcat-formation.
Germany won its first European championship in 2001. France's second place silver was the first medal for the country in European competition.
France finished second in the tournament, Austria was third, Sweden fourth, Finland fifth and Great Britain finished sixth.
