Following the weekend's action the playoff race in Finland's Maple League has become very interesting. With two games left in the regular season, the Helsinki Wolverines lead the standings with a 7-1 record following their win over the Saints.

Behind them, the Seinajoki Crocodiles, Porvoon Butchers and Helsinki Rooster...s all have identical 6-2 records. All four teams have qualified for the playoffs and the remaining games will determine home field advantage. In the case of a tie, the points differential will be the determining factor.
