In the Northern Division in Germany, the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes victory over the Berlin Rebels keeps them in first place ahead of the defending German Bowl and Eurobowl champions the Berlin Adler. Both teams have 7 wins but the Hurricanes' win over the Adler gives them top spot with three games to go. In the South, the Marburg Mercenaries and Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns have 7 wins apiece also with 3 games left.

The playoff race in Finland is more exciting than ever. The Wolverines remain in first with an 8-1 record but the Crocodiles and Butchers are only two points behind with one game left. The Roosters remain fourth after losing a heartbreaker to the Wolverines with seconds to go last Friday. One game remains in the Maple League and anything can happen.

In Sweden, the STU Northbulls engineered a minor upset by forcing the defending champion Stockholm Mean Machines to a 26-26 tie. Now, Carlstad leads the league with a 7-0 record but Stockholm is not far behind at 6-1-1. Carlstad has a game in hand but Stockholm can close the gap. STU is third and Tyreso and Arlanda are tied for fourth with three games remaining.

In Great Britain, the London Blitz sport a perfect 8-0 record and lead the BAFA standings with Bristol Aztecs in second. The Blitz beat the Aztecs 20-6 Sunday.
