The Herlev Rebels of Denmark (National Conference) signed quarterback Mike Cook for 2011!

Denmark’s Herlev Rebels (National Conference) have signed Mike Cook (6’2”, 200 lb) of the Harvard Crimson as their quarterback and playing offensive coordinator for the 2011 season.

Mike joined Harvard as a QB, but after his first year as a backuphe switched to wide receiver to earn more playing time.

After redshirting in 2008, he played in all of Harvard's games in 2009 and 2010 after moving to wide receiver. He had 50 receptions for 556 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Although Mike will be the Rebels starting QB, he will see playing time at other positions.
Cook was born and raised in San Clemente, California where he was the starting QB for three years at San Clemente High School and was selected as first team all-league as a senior.

After high school Mike had scholarship offers from University of Nevada, Air Force Academy, University of San Diego and Arkansas State University, but chose Harvard for the education.
