Crayton signed a two year contract with the Düsseldorf Panther.

Estrus Crayton, one of the most successful players in the history of the German Football League, made a pre-holiday gift to the Düsseldorf Panther by committing himself for two years to Düsseldorf and the program of the local American Football First League Team. "Crayton, with his experience, has developed our young team considerably and this experience we will need dearly in the First League," comments the board member Marcel Friedrich.

With his participation in eight German Bowl, winning seven of them, several MVP-Honors and two Eurobowl titles, one of which was in 1995 with the Düsseldorf Panther, Estrus Crayton is one of the most successful players in Europe and one of the most important factors for the development of the Panther-Program. "His extensive experience does not only help us on the field, but also in the development of our young talented players," says Friedrich.

Crayton began his career 1995 in Düsseldorf and returned after an extended break to the Panthers - to eventually end his active time there. The pleasant US-American went to action right away. "Estrus committed himself for the next two years to our program. Our board members made it clear that we depend on him to ensure the success of the young talents and the program," outlined Friedrich. Crayton himself is happy to be able to concentrate fully on the Panther team for the next two years.
